I haven’t revealed the existence of a SEDUCED BY SHADOWS theme song before now since I’ve been holding out for a mastered copy.  I’m hoping to have an MP3 download next spring before the release of FORGED OF SHADOWS.  Meanwhile, the song has been getting regular live play in the Portland area, and here’s the first recorded clip, captured at a show in Zabrze, Poland.

(You might want to skip to 1:40 unless you speak Polish.  If you ever meet me in a bar, ply me with a BFK, give me ten minutes until my cheeks get a little rosy, then ask me to sing the only Polish I know — a wonderful drinking song my grandma taught me.)

Posting today at Silk And Shadows about how Joss Whedon is my soul mate… No, actually, I’m posting about how television influences my writing.  Beyond the time suck aspect, I mean.

Speaking of TV, tomorrow I have fun video: The European premiere of the SEDUCED BY SHADOWS theme song.  Stay tuned.  (Get it?  Tuned?  See, children, TVs used to have tuners.  And making music involved carrying a tune, and…  Oh, never mind.)

Today, I’m with Lynda Hilburn at Paranormality who I found after her book THE VAMPIRE SHRINK fell into my book basket — a strange accident that had nothing at all to do with the sexy man on the cover.

And I’m right under Lynn Viehl’s new Darkyn book!  Giggle!  (I promise I’ll run out of exclamation points by next week.)
