Golden days

Sunday! Spring! Sunlight! Things that are golden: the daffodils, the hearts of the evergreen clematis, the bright straw spread over the garden beds (and the dog), sunset after a day of work.

Happy Spring!

Oregon has lots of green all year long (moss green, pine green, fern green… uh, moss green) but we’re starting to get some color too. I love that the daffodils which are our first color of spring are the color of sunshine.
